Our steers are raised humanely in a stress-free grazing environment on mama's milk and high-quality grass and legumes without any antibiotics or hormones----ever. They are finished on grass/hay and supplemented with grain. We use only non-GMO oats if they are available. We sell our premium beef by the 1/4, 1/2, or whole. Hopefully in the near future we will be offering individual cuts pre-packaged and frozen.
